Right now, its thursday. 3 more days of break, and SIP @ KPMG is gonna come. Hectic life starts from 13 july!Gotta enjoy the last 3 days of my so-colled holidays. 7 July 2009, Tuesday Went with mum and bro to ICA to collect passport in the morning. Yes making appointment is a great choice, less than 5min, collection is done :)  Head over to west coast park for mac breakfast. Honestly speaking, this is my first time at west coast park. LOL! I know i am a 井底蛙. hahahahaha. Off to home after that, i drove half the journey. A typically normal day. 8 July 2009, Wednesday    Once again, its nihon mura time again. LOL! Seems like it is my 6th time there in less than a year. But seems that I could not get bored of the food there. Went over with Weiquan, Teeming, Jiabao, Yongcai and Mokoto. Played with Jiabao Sony DSLR. It looks fun, oh yeah, it is fun. Lol. Makes me feel like learning photography sooner or later. Ha. Take a few hours for digestion, and its time for my usual running training! I ran 12.1km at a timing of 1hour 22min. And i manage to run 10km within 1hour. Target achieved! I learnt to have lesser water intake during running. Too much water intake ends up in a stomach cramp. I learnt my lesson, shall not commit the same old mistake again. 38 days to Safra Bay Run Half Marathon! 9 July 2009, Thursday Hopped over to the market to buy some groceries for home. Seems like I getting better at groceries shopping. Ha! Bus-ed down to school to borrow books. Yes Adobe Photoshop CS3 skills, I seriously know nuts about it. Gotta learn. Gym-ed with marcus after that. Bench press is seriously a straining machine. But well, im so gonna train :D alright done for my post for now.

 My SIP is starting. Yes real soon. In like 9 days. In the past, around year 1, I was always looking forward to SIP. As it could be fun! Now I am worrying about the stress level, as in, could I cope? Which I think I would be able to cope, at the same time, grow up in KPMG. In the bright side, I could train myself to have a much better time management and being more responsible in my work. At the same time, stop my procrastination when comes to do things. This is one of my bad habit. Napfa test i coming soon in 6 days. Miss the registration for 1st september. So well, 10 july. I shall give it a try for it. Improved my timing for 2.4km with a timing of 11min 28sec. Now is training for my standing board jump and my chin up. Silver award, I'll be contented =) Safra bay run is approaching in 43 days! Somehow looking forward to it. Hahahha... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Went to play badminton with meiyun and xunxiong at TP sports hall. Played for close to 4hours, inclusive of some breaks in between. To xunxiong: I will win you back, in 1 year. Hopefully. LOL! Overall, fun! Followed by lunch at Long John Silver at TM. Accompanied meiyun to Kiddy Place, opps i mean Kiddy Palace, LOL, as she is buying a gift for her niece. off to home after that. Xunxiong went over to my place to print the passport size photos Sick of pasir ris food, went over to hougang to eat instead. Lol. Fish soup with rice, good! 8/10 rating :D alright, done for my post cya!

Yeah, i had cleared all the modules in my course of study.
SIP and FYP is up next and i will be officially a graduate ;D 25th June 2009, Thursday TAIN presentation. Which this day marks the end of my my polytechnic modules. met up early to do a photo montage advertisement that would actually make the presentation more interesting. Some of the examples below for the photo montage :D ...     Presentation turned out great. Miss Rita Woo was rather impressed with it.  I seems to like this photo. LOL. thanks for jiabao for the photo and tok for the editing. Off to design school for lunch. Went to tampines 1 to get a few donuts. At the cashier... Me: Do you have a plastic bag? Cashier: nope. 5 sec later..... Cashier: Do you need a carrier? Me: yeah, sure. ??????? LOL 26th June 2009, Friday  Suppose to wake up at 7:30 for jogging. I overslept. LOL. So i started at 9am... as usual, 8.2km. 46min. Shall extend to 10km for next week :) 51 days to AHM. Flash website-ing in the afternoon. followed with dinner with xunxiong in the evening. Received a email from the sch. I got a place in KPMG for my internship 13 july to 12 dec. I duno is this great or not. though it will boost portfolio, but well, its the workload! but well, CHIONG AH!~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Quote of the day: He who hesitates is not only lost, but miles from the next exit I somehow match this quote. which is bad. Sch has reopened, this marks the end of my holidays till end of feb 2010.
SIP is up next, followed by final year project. Company that i'll be posted have not been confimed. But Ms Chiang called last week and say "Hi Henry, your resume has been sent to KPMG, you might be expecting an interview soon" So, certain chance i might be there. 20th June 2009, Saturday June 2009 Prosperco Pawnbroker Auction.  Yes, its the 3rd saturday of the month, which means its my work day! It is my 4th time working for prosperco in this monthly auction. Working as a assistant auctioneer. Which assist in data entry during the auction as well as before the auction. This month's location at RELC international. Which took me and keyuan about 30min just to find it. LOL. Rather slacking day, lesser bidders, lesser auction pledges, earlier time to knock off work. So slack that i could actually read newspaper and chit chat with colleagues. Working for prosperco was great, none of the superiors are unreasonable. All seems to be like friends. LOL. Looking forward for next auction in july. Ended work at 5:15pm. Went to look for watches. Though there is GSS, its still very expensive -_-" Followed by dinner and off to home. Misleaded by the circle line, thought there is a station at paya lebar. Therefore we took the NEL from douby ghaut to serangoon transfer to circle line just to check it out. Reached, check the map again, found out that it actually just go pass it... UNDERGROUND. This is LOL, indeed I am a frog in the well.  21th June 2009, Sunday Ah yes, its Fathers' Day. Therefore i wish all Dads a Happy Fathers' Day! Followed dad and mum in the noon for awhile. For some random reasons, i promised my dad a Piggy Bank. LOL. followed by dinner Me and bro treated Dad and Mum to a dinner at Xin Wang Cafe @ White Sand off to home to study for TAIN class test the following day. 22th June 2009, Monday TAIN class test. I woke up at 7:30am to recap once again. Studied till 10:45 and im off to school. 12:15 start paper. The paper was slightly easier than i thought. Except for the last question. I think i made some mistakes there. AHHHH. nvm, one more presentation! Off to mensa for lunch and gym-ed with chris and jiabao at Tampines Sports Hall. Napfa is coming! in 1 week! I'm confident in all stations except chin-up. This sucks. But i'll retake till i get a silver. Im so not gonna go for PTP alright thats it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bad habits and lack of confidence... Its something that i have to overcome. these somehow bothers me at times. I'll overcome this asap. yes. =) alright, done for my post. cya!

In just 3 days, school is gonna reopen. and there would no longer be any holidays for me till i clear my year 3 which is till end of feb!On the bright side, its just 8 months more till i graduate! :)
alright time for blogging ... 13th June 2009 Saturday             Sentosa Day! 2nd sentosa trip with meiyun, hwee shan, xunxiong and junwei. Met up with meiyun, xunxiong and hwee shan at pasir ris mrt station at 1:30pm while we meet junwei directly at vivocity as he is working. Off to buy snacks and drinks, junwei is paying for it, therefore we chose the best. LOL. no lah. thanks junwei =) off to buy the tickets for the entry to sentosa. Settle down at palawan beach for picnic. meiyun made chocolate and banana muffin, hwee shan made sandwiches, xunxiong make sushi, i make sotong and fish ball, junwei supplied drinks and food :D sat down and chit chatted and played with the beach volleyball. fun fun fun. lol. Till about 5:30pm, we packed up and went to the sentosa luge and skyride and bought the 2 rides ticket. Luge is fun! so does the skyride. and we took photos during the ride. Deciding to save the 2nd ride for the night as the night view would be great :D So we went to siloso beach for the 2nd round of picnic. A very calm place and its a great place to picnic there too :) At around 8:45, we went for our 2nd skyride and luge. The night view is simply great. And the luge ride in the night was a different experience. Getting late, its time to go home. Total of 166 photos, thanks to mountain tortoise and frog in the well. LOL. A great sentosa trip, looking forward for the next one :D 14th June 2009 Sunday Today is the day whereby it will be decided of where i will be moving to in nov. Therefore in nov, i will be moving to edgefield plains at punggol. Still have about 5 more months before i move :) Passed otah to nikita for her uncle's bbq. Some orders got wrong. Therefore couldnt deliver over the satay. Sorry! 15th June Monday As usual my running training. Preparing for both napfa test and the next marathon running event. Went over to the bus stop near meiyun's place as she is passing me the Dorayaki she helped me buy as well as getting back my folder. Thanks! Next is mahjong with xunxiong, ck and weihong. Played from 12:30pm to 7pm. Our last played was like 2 months ago. lol. Okay, i lost $6. Off for dinner at block 444 and home. 16th June 2009, Tuesday Ah! Flash website is simply a hard thing to learn. In my opinion. =/ but i must learn! ;D 17th June 2009, Wednesday  Met up with yongcai, christopher and others from Diploma in LOM and BSG students who helped out in the nightwalk camp for the movie "Drag Me To Hell" I would rate the movie at 4/5 stars I love the sound effects that scares ppl :) A little funny though, not bad, adding a little comedy into this movie is a great idea at times too. Thumbs up, worth watching. But ending was not really good. 18th June 2009, Thursday Bowling Bowling Bowling! met jiayu and xunxiong at ehub for bowling. My scores in 5 games (in order): 151 113 135 149 127 Average dropped by a little =/ Aims to achieve an average of 150, a clean game, a high game by end of this year :) Followed by dinner and home. 2nd running practice for the week... 8.2km in 44min. Satisfied. 18th June 2009, Friday Spent the afternoon studying for TAIN class test. Seriously its alot of chapters to study. But well, its slightly easier to absorb compare to other core subjects i took in year 1 and 2 :)  3 days to the test! AHH! alright done for posting for now. Cya!

In a flash, first week of term break is coming to an end soon.And i'm left with one more week, and 2 weeks of slacking pre-SIP training.
And the final run of MP and SIP shall begin. 8 months, hopefully it passes real fast!12th June 2009 with two eggs, and it hatched a few days later. Cute huh! Shall not disturb it and just let them live there till they grow up and fly away (:   Stayed at home today. Went for my usual running training today...this time round i used a new route i designed for myself (: 8.2km in 46min. Satisfied. Looking forward for Safra Bay Run 2009 Half Marathon :D 11th June 2009  Met up with CK and xunxiong to the PC show at suntec. Basically just went to walk around. Met up with christopher there too. xunxiong bought an external HDD, muahahaha, next time i shall borrow from you when i format my notebook ;D ck bought a notebook cooler chris bought a mouse me, bought nth. LOL Went home after that. 9th - 10th June 2009 Went for an overnight camp at TP business school. Its a synergy camp for the Diploma in Logistics and Operation Management Our role, nightwalk helper (: Before the actual thing starts, we helped out in the the preparation. Cover lights and cover up the hollows to prevent ppl from the bottom floor to look up, to have a better errie effect :D Followed by some ghastly make up..    And it starts, my role is to be in a classroom and scare the hostage and make them solve some puzzles. Turn out to be scary for the first 5min. But due to the long puzzle, and being know its a night walk. They got bored of it and i became "unscary" and being the fact is, i'm the only ghost inside and 2 hostage inside -_- sames goes to other classrooms. Didnt turn out well for the 10 classrooms helpers. Wanderers are much more fun. But well, was a great experience! alright, gotta go :D good night!

First of all...
Henry has conquered 42.195km at adidas Sundown Marathon 2009 on the 30th May! definitely this is another achievement that I am very satisfied with myself (: Celebrated Jun Wei's belated birthday at MOF @ Bugis Junction before the great run! We staged a surprise celebration and overall it was a success! Met meiyun, hwee shan and xunxiong at 4:15pm at pasir ris mrt station and off we went to bugis to buy a cake. Went to MOF while waiting for junwei to reach. Me and meiyun went down to meet junwei, upon going to MOF, we signal to the waiter to bring out the cake. LOL, a nice shocking look from junwei.    rmb to put this on your car after 31th july =)  Happy belated 20th bday to junwei (: Left at 7 plus and walk around and left bugis at around 8:30 Stomach cramp and slow down due to too much water intake at my 25km.Next up~  Tadah! The long awaited first full marathon that I am looking forward to since the day i registered for this! =) junwei came to my place first while we get ready, put things down at home first as we do not want to bring too much things to the race day. Met meiyun, jiejie and chin leong at pasir ris mrt station as we gonna take a shuttle bus from the bus stop near there. and off we go to the race day! Crowds at changi village, total of about 10500 runners for all categories. 11:59pm ... flag off. Lesson learnt, will not commit the same thing in my next marathon. lol Overall, great experience, fun ! My first time completing a 42.195km ! =)))) Looking forward for my next marathon @ Safra Bay Run 2009, 16th aug with meiyun, jiejie and junwei         ~~~~~~~~~~ First term of 3.1 is finally over. Just left one mini test and one presentation in 2 weeks time and im officially cleared all my modules in TP. Now enjoy this 2 weeks term break! before SIP and MP starts. Last but not least, i want to graduate! lol. alright, gtg for now cya! |
