Okay, after a total of 4months, 5days.
I decided to revive my blog.
Busy period during the SIP period in KPMG.
OT OT and more OT. But it officially ended on the 11dec :)
Learnt alot there though. KPMG colleagues, rock!

Alright, i shall do a complete update for December 2009 events!

5th December 2009
KPMG Dinner & Dance: You've got TALENT!
Theme: Its all about music

One week before my SIP ends, just nice there is a D&D for us to attend.
Was rather happy as i get to attend a grand company annual event at the age of 19 XD
Whereby we get to see people from different dept as well as the heads and bosses.
And a gathering with ALL of our fellow colleagues.
And also, the KPMG WONDER GIRLS LOL!
A great evening on that day!






6th December 2009
Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009 - Volunteering

Straight after D&D. Its SCSM 2009 volunteering.
Cab-ed down and dropped off Jing Fang and Lee Sze at their place and picked up XunXiong and off we go to the meeting point for the shuttle bus for the event.
A total of 13 volunteers in my group. yes, we are a team!
Me, Junwei, Jianhua, Xunxiong, Junhao, Pohli, Hwee Shan, Meiyun, Amy, Nikita, Seow Yuan, Jean, Weimei.
overall experience was great, especially we 13 can get together a play a part for the event as well as have fun!
But not mentioning the "sai kang" we are asked to do towards the end of the event.

11th December 2009
KPMG Last Day!

After 5 months of SIP @ KPMG, it finally came to an end.
A great experience throughout this 5 months, in both good and bad.
hahahaha.
But overall, I made many friends and gained many work experience.
Thank you all colleagues and interns for all the guidance and the activities planned.
And thanks NP students for the card!
and also Raymond, Shuqi and Fanglin for the card too!

12th - 14th December 2009
Genting Trip 2009!

The long awaited trip has finally arrived!
Genting trip with Xunxiong, Hwee Shan and Meiyun.
Sadly jiejie could not make it this time.
But dun worry! There would be another overseas trip again!

Day 1: Met up and boarded the bus at 7am.
And off we go to genting!
Reached Genting at around 3pm.
Queued to check in hotel room, waited for 45min!
luckily there are ipod for entertainment :D
Checked in and unpack for 30min and met up for the trip!
Early dinner-ed at Merrybrown and then walked around.
Ate cornetto sundae, mentioning about this ... i got food poisoning -.-"
Could endure the pain during the start.
But the pain got worse during the queueing for the 4D simulator ride.
Had to delay our ride afterwards.
Thanks hwee shan and meiyun for the medicine and helping me out! :)
The pain shall not stop me from having fun this 3 days!
Time passes fast and its past midnight, need energy for day 2!
off to sleep for about 4-5hours.



Day 2: The Main Day!

The second day is always the most fun day in the 3D2N trip.
Woke up and had breakfast at first world hotel cafe buffet.
Food was average :)
except the crowd.

Queued for the theme park afterwards and off we go to the theme park!
Conquered at least 80% of all the thrill rides!
But forgeting the family rides too!
Favourite ride: Cockscrew and Space Shot :)
Long ride doesnt bore the 4 of us, we took funny photos during the queueing. Heh.
Played archery too! First and fun experience :D
Took a few other rides and off we went for lunch at Hao You Ji Express.
Food was not bad overall :)
Back to the room for a 45min rest before we continue our theme park experience!
Played the cockscrew once again! It was so fun man.
Actually we did tried out one kiddy ride in it. Some space ride. Oh well, its just the carriage moving forward and backwards -.- LOL!
Took photos and off we go!
Had our dinner and we split into 2 groups to find xiaopang's and andrew's present. Though we ended up getting xiaopang's from singapore. Hahaha.
Time passes real real fast, and its 12am already.
Met up again and went to cloud 9 bar @ Highland Hotel.
Heh, we ordered non-alcholic drinks and listened to the musics and play Tai Di over there.
Great experience!
Its 2+ in the morning, everyone is tired, back to sleep for 5hours.
That ends the day 2. How i wish time can pass slower.

Day 3: The final day
Woke up around 7:30am in the morning.
Xunxiong wants to sleep more so i went for breakfast with meiyun and hweeshan at the first world cafe.
They continued to shop for things and i bought breakfast back for xunxiong.
Went for lunch at 12am at a hongkong style.
Food was not bad, just that the chicken is kinds powdery.
Went back to packup and passed the bag to the bell counter and walked around again.
Time flies, its 2pm, we got our bags and we got into our coach for the trip back to Singapore.
Reached back in Golden Mile Singapore at around 10pm at night.
Board a cab and off to home.

A very great trip with my beloved buddies! Hope to have another trip soon man!
FP gang shall always be united :D


17th to 18th December 2009 Night Cycling

A night cycling event organized by Chun Kiat.
With 4 of his RP mates, and xunxiong, kiayee and eugene.
We embarked on a target of 100km cycling trip :D
But overall only completed 70km due to the heavy rain :(
And a crap taxi driver was seen. Damn.
But overall was great!

20th & 21st December 2009 Nokia QT Challenge Workshop

This title, shows that my major project has started.
Yes how i wish i could say "this title, shows that my majoy has came to an end"
Oh well, i shall write this on the 15th feb :D

Attended the training at NYP and coincidentally, we saw connie. LOL, our intern friend is also a participant in the competition. hahaha.
Met jeremy for lunch as he is doing his MP too.
And explored around NYP by jeremy, connie and siew wen.
Was quite an eye opening for this sch. As i havent really explored this sch. ahaha.
Overall for the training... catch no balls.
Its so damn tough to understand QT language.
lol.

21st December 2009 KPMG Bowling Outing

After leaving KPMG for 10days, Sandar organized a bowling outing! Thanks for the planning :)
A great day! And we saw interns from the previous batch too.
And the forfeit given to those who throwed to the gutter 2 times, was WOW. Heh :D
Hope to have more such events!


26th December 2009 Khee Guang's Birthday

Today we celebrate Xiaopang's birthday :)
As well as a steamboat party with jianhua, junwei, hwee shan and meiyun
Went to get vegetarian food for xiaopang and met up with meiyun, junwei and jianhua at fairprice as they just finish buying the food.
Off to buy the cake.
Met xiaopang and hwee shan at tampines library bus stop and off we go to my place :)
We set up the table and food and we EAT :D
was a great steamboat overall.
After eating, heh heh, photo taking!
And we played saboteur, thanks xiaopang for the game you brought, was very fun :)
After that we brought out the cake and present to surprice him! wahahahah.
Happy belated birthday xiaopang!
Ate the cake and we continued to play saboteur and taking photos :D
At 10:30pm, its time to go home, brought them to the bus stop and take bus 34.
